We are so thrilled that you are interested in having a booth at our Central’s Market & Tea
Room on December 3. This will be our fifth year to host this great event that is becoming a
wonderful Waco-area tradition and is known for our high quality vendors, incredible Tea Room
and fabulous bake sale.
Our booth prices are still extremely reasonable and space will be available on a first come
first served basis.
We would like to note, that if you reserve a 6’x6’ booth space, there is a maximum of 1 table (6’ provided) allowed in that space. These booths are not intended to be “walk in” booths. If you would prefer to set your booth with multiple tables so that customers and “walk in,” please reserve a larger booth size.
There will be an opportunity for Vendor set-up on Friday, December 2, from 2pm-7p.m. and
Saturday, December 3, from 7:30-9 a.m. Booths will be assigned in the order we receive contracts.
A contract is complete when payment and contract are received. You will receive a confirmation of
your booth within a few days of sending in your contract.
This year, to avoid too much duplication of product, we would like photos or websites that link to your products. We will have a team of ladies evaluate the variety of products submitted and will let you know which products you will be approved to sell. This is solely to avoid duplication of products. Last year we had a few instances where a vendor was planning to sell certain items, but added more on the day of the Market which resulted in too much duplication of products....this doesn't help any of our vendors maximize their sales. We want to help ensure each of you is as successful as you can be!
We have a wonderful publicity plan that covers the Central-Texas Area in order to help draw customers to your booths! Last year we had an incredible crowd all day long and hope to double the
traffic this year. We will provide a free yard sign for you to use to help us advertise as well as fullcolor
high-gloss postcards to mail to your clients. Please let us know how many you will need (We
have 5,000). There will also be posters available upon request if you know of a few places around
the Waco area to place them. Also, please make sure to check out all of the information located on
the church website, www.cccwaco.org. We would greatly appreciate your help in getting the word
out about our great event!
This year, we will also have a Silent Auction during Central’s Market. The proceeds from
the auction will be used to support our Children's Ministries at Central Christian Church. We’d love for you to donate an item to the silent auction (minimum $15 in retail value). Please see the Auction Donation Form for more information.
All of the proceeds from Central’s Market will be used by our Disciples Women’s Ministry
toward missions and outreach opportunities. We thank you for helping to make a difference in our
church, community and world.
